ExposureViewer is a software program designed to visualize the exposure for each traded instrument. The program visualizes the exposure both from the trading servers and from the Liquidity Provider side. If there is a difference between the two sides, it is visualized. The program allows symbols to be grouped so that only the symbols important to the broker are monitored. The number of groups is unlimited, and each group can be visualized on a separate screen. The program enables Brokerage Team’s to monitor the company’s overall exposure in real time regardless of the number of trading servers and Liquidity Provider’s.
The ExposureViewer program collects real-time exposure data from the broker's trading platforms, as well as exposure data from the Liquidity Provider platforms. The data is filtered and grouped based on user-defined rules. The rules can be changed continuously according to the user's needs. In this way, different sections/subsets of the visualized exposure can be formed. This is extremely useful when monitoring exposure formed by individual user accounts or entire groups of users. The program connects to the trading platform and Liquidity Providers via API interfaces. A simplified example can be seen in the following diagram.
The ExposureViewer program is a web-based application. We provide its support and hosting on our hardware. Thus, the client does not need to own his own server, which will significantly reduce his costs. If integration with a new trading platform or a new liquidity provider is required, we provide a platform upgrade. This eliminates the need for the client to maintain its own staff of programmers and system administrators to support such software. All of the above helps the broker to focus entirely on the company's core business. The web-based application allows work from different geographical locations, which is an advantage when working from more than one office. The application can be used by different operating systems. For a monthly fee, the client receives full system support, which includes updates in case of changes in the software of the trading platforms or liquidity provider, which happens very often. As an example, Metaquotes updates the MT4 and MT5 trading servers almost every month, in which case the client software that uses the MT4/MT5 Manager API must also be updated.
